| FomSoft works on the customer's computer.

Data recovery works are carried out in two stages:
- Fomsoft performs diagnostics of the problematic media, configures the program
FomsoftRemoteRecovery to recover lost user data and

- If the customer is satisfied with the result of a possible recovery, then the
extracting the necessary data
to another serviceable medium.
To reduce the final cost of the service Fomsoft, Customer
can perform the work of the second stage independently, without involving Fomsoft.

- Fixed cost of the first stage - €30;
- The price of the second stage depends on the execution time based on €12 per hour of work.
